The Mithoff Program’s Transactional Project provides legal support to local small business owners without access to legal services, and gives law students an opportunity to build transactional legal skills. The project advises entrepreneurs on choice of entity formation, forming an LLC, and discussing corporate governance and compliance issues through business wellness checks. We are excited to expand our offerings in spring 2023 into areas such as trademark and to explore opportunities to advise student entrepreneurs at The University of Texas at Austin.
Learn more about our past offerings here.
The program is led by Clinical Professor Frances Leos Martinez and law students Jared Schwartz and Alexa Bussmann. To learn more about the clinic or to get involved, please contact Jared and Alexa.
