The Association of Corporate Counsel - Austin Chapter will present a panel discussion on the practice of corporate in-house law. Always wondered what these lawyers do? How they got their jobs? Learn about corporate hiring practices, what it is like to be in-house counsel, and how law firm and in-house practices differ. Professor Chesney is hosting a visit by Lieutenant General Dana Chipman, who is serving as the 38th Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army. General Chipman will talk about a number of hot legal issues with which the Army currently is wrestling, as well as his views on the JAG as a career option.
