    Working for a nonprofit or government agency this summer? This session will prepare you to thrive and get the most out of your summer work experience.

    Professor Scott McCown, along with a panel of students familiar with nonprofit and government settings, will discuss how to handle opportunities and challenges that come up in these unique work environments, including getting great work and supervision, and steering clear of ethical pitfalls.

    1L sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 8, on Symplicity. Space is limited to the first 75 1Ls! Learn the finer points of business dining and protocol over a three-course seated dinner presented by Mary Crane (www.marycrane.com). The dinner is generously sponsored by Locke Lord LLP, who will be hosting a cocktail reception for registered attendees prior to dinner from 6:15-7:00 p.m. All guests should be seated for dinner by 7:00 p.m. Dress is business casual.
