    The Bar Exam is Coming

    Designed for students intending to take the bar in summer 2109, this session will introduce students to the different sections of the bar exam and the subject areas covered. Additionally, we'll discuss practical considerations for the bar exam study period. The session is also the introductory session of the optional Bar Exam Skills and Training three week workshop, which runs the three weeks after Spring Break. Pizza lunch will be served!     Jump start your bar study! This bar essay writing workshop is optional for 3Ls and LLMs planning to take the bar exam. This training is designed to acclimate students to the specific format needed to write bar essays. In each session, students will write a practice essay (no background substantive knowledge required) and will receive feedback before the next session.

    You need to learn a great deal of substantive law in summer; learn and adopt this writing skill now.
