Recruiting Policies for 1L Hiring
In line with our private-sector and public-sector recruiting policies, employers and first-year law students should not initiate contact with one another for recruiting purposes, and employers should not seek application materials from, interview, or make offers to our 1Ls before October 15 of their first semester.
1Ls will be unable to access the TEX Job Bank until October 15 of their first semester.
