The Fall Interview Program welcomes employers to recruit 2Ls, 3Ls, domestic and foreign-trained LL.M.s, and recent graduates (up to one year after graduation) for summer clerkships or postgraduate positions.

Students are expected to participate in all accepted interviews. The CSO’s Interviewing Policy details the allowable exceptions and the procedure for cancelling on those occasions as well as the repercussions for no-shows.
- You may manually cancel an interview during the [Withdraw/Swap Period] by clicking the [Withdraw from Application] button featured on the respective employer schedule in TEX – Powered by 12Twenty.
- To cancel an interview after the [Withdraw/Swap Period] has closed, please submit an online cancellation request.

Scheduled interviews for this program will be awarded by 100% employer selection. By registering for this and other interview programs, you affirm that you have read and agree to our updated Nondiscrimination Policy. A resume collect option is available via our job bank.

Step 1 | First, sign up for a TEX – Powered by 12Twenty account. Sign up for an account before registration opens.
Step 2 | When the registration period opens, submit your registration in the [Jobs & Interview Programs] tab for the [Fall Interview Program 2024] OCI Round (see instructions).
Step 3 | Once you have completed step 2, you will be prompted to submit the details of your Fall Interview Program job listing. A job listing is required to complete your registration process.
