The annual Public Service Expo offers Texas Law students the chance to informally meet with various government agencies and public interest organizations to learn more about each, along with available internship and job opportunities.

- The online registration form will be available at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
- Participation dates will be assigned based on this registration timestamp. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is no cost to participate.
- Space for this event is limited to 30 tables per day; therefore, each employer is limited to 1 table (organization-wide).
- The online registration form will be available at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

What to Bring | Each organization will be assigned to 1 table (6-ft L x 2.5-ft W), which includes a tablecloth and 2 chairs.
- A table can comfortably accommodate 4 attendees; therefore, a maximum of 4-6 representatives are allowed.
- You may bring any marketing and promotional materials that fit on the table, including your own table covering.
- A pop-up banner is permitted if it can fit comfortably behind your 6-ft table without encroaching into another employer’s space.
Upon Arrival | Check-in starts at 10:30 a.m. (CT) in the Susman Godfrey Atrium (TNH 2.100). You may begin setting up your table at that time.
- Lunch will be provided for participating employers who place an order through our office and will be served at 11:00 a.m. (CT).
- Access our complimentary Wi-Fi network (utguest). No password required.

Limited Parking Available
Campus parking is extremely limited; therefore, we strongly encourage rideshares or carpools as we cannot guarantee availability.

Getting Dropped Off | If you plan to use a rideshare, the best place to be dropped off is on the southside of the Law School along Trinity St. (one-way street accessible via Robert Dedman Drive).
Parking On Campus | The parking garages closest to the Law School are the San Jacinto Garage (marked SJG in blue on map) and the Manor Garage (MAG). Note: The walk from Manor Garage to the Law School takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Package Delivery | You may send swag items and/or marketing materials to our office ahead of the event. The package(s) will be placed on your table prior to the event.
Return Shipping | A prepaid, prefilled FedEx or UPS return label is required if you would like for our office to ship your items back to you. Please place the label inside the package for us to collect and use.
Delivery Deadline | To ensure your packages are available for the event, please have them delivered to the Law School by Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the latest.
