Texas Talks: Private Sector

• The online registration form will be available at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
  • Participation dates will be assigned based on this registration timestamp. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Space for this event is limited to 30 tables per day; therefore, each employer is limited to 1 table (firmwide).
• The cost to host a table at this event is $500 per employer.
• Participation in Texas Talks is not required to register for the Mock Interview Program. Participation in the Mock Interview Program is not required to register for Texas Talks.
• You only need to complete the form once if you would like to have your registration request considered for participation in both events.
  • If you request to attend both events and are approved based on your registration timestamp, your participation date for each will be scheduled for the same day.

• Each employer will be assigned to 1 table (6-ft L x 2.5-ft W) with a tablecloth and 2 chairs.
• We can comfortably accommodate 4 attendees at each table. Therefore, a maximum of 4 firmwide representatives (split amongst attorneys and recruiters) is allowed.
• You may bring any marketing and promotional materials that fit on the table, including your own tablecloth.
• Due to space limitations, please refrain from bringing pop-up banners as we are unable to accommodate each employer’s banners.

• Due to construction on campus, parking is extremely limited. We strongly encourage rideshares or carpools as we cannot guarantee parking availability on campus. The parking garages closest to the Law School are the San Jacinto Garage and Manor Garage. If you plan to use rideshare, the best place to be dropped off is on the southside of the Law School on Trinity St. [See Directions & Parking]
• Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. (CT) in the Main Atrium (TNH 2.100).
• Lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. (CT).
• Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available.

• A prefilled and prepaid FedEx or UPS return label is required if you would like to have our office ship your packages back to you.
