The Clinic partnered with Equality Texas to support their efforts to secure justice and full equality for transgender and LGBTQIA+ people in Texas. During fall 2023, the Clinic prepared a Joint Allegation Letter demonstrating how laws passed by the Texas Legislature violate several human rights such as equality and non-discrimination, privacy, dignity, freedom of expression, and health. The Clinic plans to submit the Joint Allegation Letter to the United Nations.
