Texas Opportunity and Justice Incubator

Interested in starting your own law firm and access to justice--come learn about the Texas Opportunity and Justice Incubator (TOJI). TOJI provides office space and training for a select group of new attorneys who want to build their own practices. During their 18-month participation in the incubator, these attorneys agree to represent low- and modest-income clients while receiving mentorship and training in how to run a law office with a focus on technology.

Panelists include Courtney Giesinger, '09 , Anne-Marie Rábago, & Carl Guthrie, '17.

Bar Exam Skills and Training

This bar essay writing workshop is optional for 3Ls and LLMs planning to take the bar exam. This training is designed to acclimate students to the specific format needed to write bar essays. In each session, students will write a practice essay (no background substantive knowledge required) and will receive feedback before the next session.

You need to learn a great deal of substantive law in summer; learn and adopt this writing skill now.
