U.S. Attorney Internship Application

The application deadline for Fall 2021-Spring 2022 is February 12, 2021.

  1. Students must commit to a full year of internship (both long academic semesters, excluding the summer).
  2. Students will receive 4 credits, 2 for each semester of the internship.
  3. Students are encouraged to enroll in the Fall three-unit Advanced Federal Criminal Prosecution seminar, taught by Professors Susan Klein and Aleza Remis. Students may also be interested in 3-unit Federal Criminal Law, a course taught by Prof. Susan Klein in Spring. Neither course is required.

If the U.S. Attorney’s Office is interested in you, they will request an interview either immediately before or during Spring Break. You will also have to undergo an FBI background check.
