The application deadline for the 2023 – 2024 academic year is March 27, 2023.
- Students must commit to a full year of internship (both long academic term, excluding the summer).
- Students will receive 4 credits, 2 for each term of the internship.
- Students are encouraged to enroll in the fall three-unit Advanced Federal Criminal Prosecution seminar, taught by Professors Susan Klein and Aleza Remis. Students may also be interested in 3-unit Federal Criminal Law, a course taught by Prof. Susan Klein in spring. Neither course is required.

If the U.S. Attorney’s Office is interested in you, they will request an interview. You will also have to undergo an FBI background check.
