On Wednesday, November 3, 2010, the American Constitution Society will host Dan Rodriguez, the Minerva House Drysdale Regents Chair in Law, who will discuss the gay marriage litigation of the last decade, touching on both the constitutional issues it raises and the strategic choices the gay rights movement has made in its litigation efforts. He will conclude with a preview of potential outcomes of the pending Proposition 8 case from California.
This event is free and open to the public. It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Eidman Courtroom at the School of Law.
