This form is for employers interested in hosting a Meet-and-Greet through the CSO. Please do not use this form for student organization events.
Before Submitting a Request
Starting on Monday, August 3, we will begin to accept employer requests to host a Meet-and-Greet for the Fall 2026 semester, with the first scheduled tabling event to commence on Tuesday, September 1. Please do not submit an online request form prior to August 3.
Prior to submitting your online request form, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the detailed information provided in the webpage below.
Requests must be received at least 14 business days in advance of your preferred event date, as we may not be able to accommodate those received within a shorter notice. Tabling dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Meet-and-Greet tabling event is an employer networking opportunity available through the CSO. Participating employers should expect a walk-up style setting, rather than a formal informational session or panel presentation. The CSO will widely advertise your event to your target class year(s) of choice.
Please note that due to student organization partnership events, we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the event space; it may be shared with another employer. However, the CSO will confirm only one employer per Meet-and-Greet time slot.
-
- Attorneys and/or recruiting staff to speak with students about your organization, practice areas, and available or upcoming opportunities.
- Grab-and-go snacks or meals (optional yet encouraged).
- Please consider including gluten and vegetarian options.
- Directions for catering vendors/delivery drivers provided upon event confirmation.
- Marketing materials and swag.
- Tablecloth with employer logo (optional).
- The CSO provides two (6-ft length x 2.5-ft width), chairs, and tablecloths for employer use.
-
The cost to host a Meet-and-Greet table through our office is $75, payable to the CSO, with the exception of government agencies and public interest organizations.
This fee covers the costs that are charged to the CSO by the Law School for event setup and custodial services for each Meet-and-Greet. Once your request is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact listed in the request form. Payment must be received before your confirmed event date.
-
Meet-and-Greets that are focused on connecting with the new 1L class and are held prior to October 15 should be limited to general networking and informational discussions pertaining to your firm and practice areas. In line with our Recruiting Policies for Private-Sector Employers and Recruiting Policies for Public-Sector Employers, employers may not request application materials from 1Ls until October 15 of their first semester.
