Mock Interview Program 2023 – Evaluations

Each mock interview should be no more than 30 minutes, including candid feedback about the student’s performance in the categories listed below.

At the end of the mock interview, please complete this form and submit it. We will forward the completed form to the student to assist them with their preparation for upcoming interviews. We sincerely appreciate your help with our students’ professional development.

Is the student's resume professional and easy to read?
Did the student behave in a professional manner? Did the student demonstrate self-confidence and enthusiasm? Was the student's body language (eye contact, smiling, nodding, fidgeting, slouching, etc.) appropriate?
Was the student adequately prepared for the interview? How much did the student know about you and your firm?
Was the student able to express themselves well? Did they speak clearly and confidently, avoiding filler words like "um" and "you know"? Did the student ask relevant questions and seem genuinely interested in the answers?
How would you rate the student's overall performance in the interview?
Please provide any other feedback about the student's performance and any suggestions you have to make their performance stronger.
