A workshop called “Just Ethics: Topics in Normative Ethics” will be presented on May 1–2, 2010, at the University of Texas School of Law”s Eidman Jury Room (CCJ 2.310). The event is free and open to the public.
The Harrington Fellows program is sponsoring this workshop, with additional support from the UT Law School Program in Law and Philosophy.
The workshop is organized by David Enoch of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, who is a Donald D. Harrington Fellow at the School of Law during the 2009–2010 academic year. Enoch works primarily in moral, political, and legal philosophy.
The participants include professors Geoff Sayre-McCord of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Elizabeth Harman of Princeton University; Re’em Segev of Hebrew University of Jerusalem; Ryan Preston-Roedder of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and Seana Shiffrin of the University of California, Los Angeles.
