Texas Law faculty are invited to join us on Jan. 31, 2025, for a special event celebrating  “Welfare Economics and Antitrust Policy: Economic, Moral, and Legal Concepts,” a groundbreaking two-volume study by Professor Richard S. Markovits, the John B. Connally Chair in Law.

In this work, Markovits explores the intersection of economic theory, legal analysis, and moral philosophy, addressing key issues in United States and European Union antitrust policy.

The event runs from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with lunch served at 11:45 a.m. and the main event starting at noon. It will take place in the Sheffield-Massey Room (TNH 2.111) at Texas Law.
