A 2014 report on extreme heat in Texas prisons conducted by Texas Law's Human Rights Clinic was cited in an article about living conditions in non-air-conditioned prison cells. The report was co-written by Albert Suarez IV, Kyle Shen, Samantha Chen, and Alex Goeman under the supervision and guidance of Clinic Director Ariel Dulitzky.
