Immigration Court Documentation Project with RAICES (Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services)

Students will attend immigration court proceedings in San Antonio, and observe and document court procedures and case events. Information obtained through the project will be used to inform advocates and the public about immigration courts operations following the adoption of Migrant Protection Protocols (aka Remain in Mexico) and other ongoing changes to federal immigration adjudication policies.
