Students will learn about the judicial bypass procedure available in Texas state law that allows a minor to get an abortion without the notification or consent of her parents, and will be trained to answer calls to the Jane’s Due Process 24/7 hotline for minors seeking legal assistance in obtaining a judicial bypass. The Reproductive Justice Hotline training event is sponsored by If/When/How at Texas Law.
