Students will use information and documents provided at the TNGMP intake clinic to draft petition and order packets for name and gender marker changes. The petitions are essential in the pursuit of a court order for name and gender marker change, and in the subsequent processes of amending the applicant’s birth certificate, driver’s license, and other basic forms of identification.
