The Mithoff Program’s Educational Equity Project works to address the significant issue of educational barriers for low-income students across Austin.
The Educational Equity Project launched the Mithoff Program’s pro bono Expunction Clinics; operates Youth Court at Webb Middle School; and assists students in school disciplinary, misdemeanor ticketing, and truancy hearings. All of these activities provide significant pro bono opportunities for Texas Law students.
