Fall Interview Program

• Interviewing dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Scheduled interviews for this program will be awarded by 100% employer selection.
• 1Ls are not eligible to participate in this program.
• A resume collect option is available via our job bank.

• Step 1 | First, sign up for a TEX account if you do not already have one. 
• Step 2 | Log into TEX, start at the homepage, and navigate to the [Register for Interview Programs] widget. Click the [+Register] button then, designate the [OCI Round] as the [Fall Interview Program 2026]. Fill out the required fields and click [Next].
  • This step will log your registration timestamp, which is used to assign interview dates.   
• Step 3 | Once you have completed step 2, you will be prompted to submit the details of your Fall Interview Program job listing, which is required to complete your registration.  

Please see the interview program participation fees webpage for more information. Per our policy, we are unable to accommodate refunds once candidate application materials are released to employers at the start of the Employer Decision Period.

About the 12Twenty In-App Video | Recruiter & Interviewer Responsibilities  
Please ensure that each interviewer, including yourself, reviews the Employer Guide to Interviews using In-App Video, which contains action items for your IT Department and instructions on how to prepare your device.

• For enhanced use, interviewers may need to log off from their computer’s VPN.
• Note that the interview platform is not optimized for use on a smartphone, so please plan to use your desktop or laptop computer.  
• If you need to reassign a new interviewer, you may forward your link for them to attend in your place. The new interviewer may update their name once they access the meeting room. You may not forward links to more than one person as the original links may only be used by one interviewer. 
• If you need to reassign more than one new interviewer, please email cso@law.utexas.edu with the names, titles, emails, and times so we can create new links for them.

Getting Dropped Off | If you plan to use a rideshare, the best place to be dropped off is on the south side of the Law School along Trinity St. (one-way street accessible via Robert Dedman Dr).

Parking On Campus | The parking garages closest to the Law School are the San Jacinto Garage (SJG), marked in blue on map, and the Manor Garage (MAG). Note: The walk from Manor Garage to the Law School takes ~15 to 20 minutes.

Check Garage Availability

• Check-in begins at 8:00 AM (CT) in the Career Services Interview Suite (TNH 3.122).
• Access our complimentary Wi-Fi network (utguest). No password required.
• Light breakfast items, beverages, and snacks provided.
• Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. (CT) for participating employers who place an order through our office.

Getting to the CSO | From the second level (ground floor), take the staircase circled in red to level three.

Career Services Office & Interview Suite | Our offices are located on the third level in TNH 3.130 and our interview suite in TNH 3.122.

Package Delivery | You may send swag items and/or marketing materials to our office ahead of the event. The package(s) will be placed on your table prior to the event.

Return Shipping | A prepaid, prefilled FedEx or UPS return label is required if you would like for our office to ship your items back to you. Please place the label inside the package for us to collect and use.

Delivery Deadline | To ensure your packages are available for the event, please have them delivered to the Law School Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at the latest.
