Each Fall semester, the CSO hosts a Mock Interview Program (MIP) as an introduction to the private sector legal interviewing process for 1Ls. It also provides a unique opportunity for attorneys to meet our exceptional students through an interactive one-on-one setting. Depending on availability, 2L and 3Ls may also participate in this program.
Practice interviews and attorney feedback play a vital role in preparing our students by enhancing their technical readiness and building the confidence required for their initial legal interviews.
Each 30-minute timeslot is comprised of a 20-minute mock interview followed by a 10-minute review session to provide feedback directly to students.
-
Student response to this program in the past has been overwhelming as they appreciate practicing for the “real thing.” As an employer, you will find that participating in our program is a wonderful way to meet our students and help prepare them for real interviews.
