The 2012 Texas Energy Law Symposium is the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law’s seventh annual CLE symposium. Speakers are leading academics and practitioners in oil, gas, and energy law. This year’s symposium promises to be an excellent forum for a dynamic and informative discussion about a wide range of current and future energy-related legal issues. The symposium will be held Thursday and Friday, February 9–10, at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center (2110 San Jacinto, across from DKR Memorial Stadium).
2012 symposium topics include solar energy, Dodd-Frank, international energy transactions, MLPs, and hydraulic fracturing. Speakers include external and in-house practitioners, and law and business professors.
The annual symposium is hosted by the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law (TJOGEL) and run by its student-members. The symposium is funded by the generous donations of TJOGEL’s sponsors.
