After a one-year pandemic break, Texas Law’s 22nd Annual Alumni Tailgate Extravaganza brought our community together again on campus, and The Alcalde documentary crew was there to capture this special moment.
Eduardo Rodriguez ’68 and his family, including his son Michael Rodriguez ’94, have been uniting the Texas Law community at this tailgate for over two decades. It is a widely cherished multi-generational family affair. This year’s tailgate on Saturday, October 16, 2021 was exceptionally memorable, as it was one of the first major events held on the law school campus since the pandemic. Dean Farnsworth was gifted a special Rodriguez-family apron, commemorating his extraordinary tenure as Dean of the Law School.
