How a big Texas tax break created not-so-affordable housing

Professor Heather Way's report through Texas Law's Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic was referenced in an article about the tens of millions of dollars in property tax breaks private developers have received that have driven up the cost of affordable housing in Texas. The report is the first to calculate and inventory the spread of the deals statewide and their public costs and benefits.

Justice Dept. push into Trump case could prompt dismissal

Professor Steven Vladeck was quoted in three separate articles about how the Justice Department moved to replace Trump's legal team with government lawyers to defend him against a defamation lawsuit brought by E. Professor Robert Chesney was quoted in an article on The Washington Post  regarding TikTok’s legal challenge and how Tik Tok is calling out the Trump administration for conducting an allegedly “politicized” process to ban the app.
