Cancellation Policy

Submitting Your Bids/Applications
While the timing of your selections within the bidding period does not affect your interview chances, we encourage you not to wait until the last minute. You may apply and update your materials at any time during the bidding period, yet make sure that you finalize your selections before 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2022.
- Log on to the Texas Consortium Symplicity Module.
- Select the [ OCI ] box.
- Select the [ Employers/Applications ] tab at the top. The resulting list of employers contains only those that have requested your class year.
- Click the [ Review ] button from the list of employers to review required application materials and hiring criteria information.
- To apply, click the [ Review ] button for each employer of interest and add the requested documents listed under the [ Bid/Application Details ] section. Pay close attention to this section as any documents listed are required for this specific employer. For example, if “cover letter” is in this box, and “none found” is to the right, you must return to [ My Documents ] and upload a cover letter.
- Note that [ Default Resume ] will be included with each bid. To submit a different resume (or any other required documents) from those uploaded in your [ My Documents ] section, select the appropriate document from the resume drop-down in the [ Bid/Application Details ] section.
Important Transcripts Note
Employers understand that you may not have received grades yet. If you are a 2L or 3L, upload your most current transcript. If you are 1L and your grades have not been released yet, you may create a Word document stating that grades have not been released and that you will provide a transcript at the interview or upon request. Convert the Word document to a .pdf and save it as your “transcript”. You may then update your applications should grades be released prior to the bidding deadline.
