The Spring Interview Program welcomes employers to recruit 1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls, domestic and foreign-trained LL.M.s, and recent graduates (up to one year after graduation) for summer clerkships or postgraduate positions.

If you choose to participate in the Spring Interview Program, it is important to keep in mind that this program is just one avenue for conducting your job search.

- Bidding opens on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (CT).
- Bidding closes on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. (CT).
- Interview Invitation Accept/Decline period opens on Wednesday, February 14, at 12:00 p.m. (CT).
- Accept or decline your interview invitation offer and enter your interview availability before scheduling begins via a randomized, automated scheduling algorithm.
- Interview Invitation Accept/Decline period closes on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (CT).
- Interview Withdraw/Swap period opens on Friday, February 16, at 4:00 p.m. (CT).
- You may cancel scheduled interviews or anonymously request to swap interview time slots with your peers who are interviewing with the same employer.
- Interview Withdraw/Swap period closes on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (CT).
- Final interview schedules are available on Monday, February 19, 2024.
- Spring Interview Program will be held Monday, February 26 through Friday, March 1, 2024.

- First, log into TEX – powered by 12Twenty:
- Go directly to the sign up page (https://law-utexas.12twenty.com/SignUp/Student) then select “UT EID Sign Up” to get started. Log in using your UT EID and password.
- If you have trouble logging in with your UT EID, go to the login page (https://law-utexas.12twenty.com/SignUp/Student), select [Student/Alumni Sign Up ], and use the same email address you would use to log into your Symplicity account.
- Once you have successfully signed in, go to the [ Interviews & Job Listings ] tab on the left.
- Click the [ Interviews ] tab on the top to view the [ Spring Interview Program 2024 ] employer list.
- To view more information for an employer, click the job listing.
- To apply to an employer, click the job listing and then the [ Apply ] button to add your documents. You must upload files in PDF format.
- You may edit or withdraw your application by clicking back into the employer’s job listing and selecting the subsequent options.

Create Your 12Twenty Account & Action Items
Texas Law is excited to announce our transition to TEX – powered by 12Twenty, which will serve as our new career services management hub once we complete the transition later this year. As part of a phased in transition, we will host Spring Interview Program using TEX.Please take a moment to complete the following action items to ensure a smooth transition:
- Create your 12Twenty account via the employer login page.
- Once your account is approved:
- You will be assigned as the designated owner of the schedule and corresponding job listing.
- You will not be able to view these items until you have been assigned as the owner.
- You will be notified when they become viewable in your account.
- Review the details of your schedule and job listing for accuracy under the [ Interviews & Job Listings ] tab.
- Update your employer profile in the [ Company Profile ] tab.
