Event Requests
Please follow these steps in the order as listed.

1. Request a room reservation.
First, request a room reservation or spaces in the Law School.

2. Submit a service request.
Once you have requested a room, please use this Special Events Service Request form to request assistance with room setup, catering and work orders (unlock/locks; custodial services).

3. Request media services.
Please submit Media Services requests for events through the Law School events web calendar.
- 4. Request the dean to attend or speak.
Event Announcements
Note: The room reservation system is not tied to the calendar.

1. Add to the events web calendar.
The web calendar events appear on the website, hallway events monitors, and in the calendar section of the Townes Crier.

2. Submit an announcement to the Townes Crier.
The SAO sends the Townes Crier, a weekly email newsletter, to students.

3. Submit a digital poster (for student events).
Promote your event to students on law school hallway monitors with a digital poster. Digital posters are managed by the Law School’s Marketing and Communications Office.
