All reservations are first come, first served.
Event spaces in the law school are available for use by officially registered law school student organizations, current faculty, and staff. All rooms are reserved on a space-available basis.
- To request a space in the Law School for your event, please use the links provided on the Texas Law Rooms system.
- Please submit a Special Events Service Request form to request assistance with room setup, catering and work orders (unlock/locks; custodial).

Please note: Special Events spaces are not to be used for classes unless a request for exception comes directly from Law-Registration in Student Affairs. Please contact Registration@law.utexas.edu for all class-related reservations, including review sessions, office hours, and make up classes.
Work orders for post-event cleanup are required for all events that include catering in high-traffic areas of the law school, such as the Atrium (TNH 2.100), Jamail Pavilion (CCJ 2.300) and classrooms. Use of Special Events chaffing dishes, serving platters, and water pitchers are limited to the Sheffield-Massey Room (TNH 2.111).
